Dried Black Beans
These small black soya beans are in dried form. Sold in loosed
or packed. It is the same type of beans used in salted black
beans. The skin of the bean is black, used whole.
Black beans are mainly used in soup, which give the soup a light
black color. It give the soup a nice flavour of it own. A handful
of black bean are enough for a pot of soup.
Chinese love soup, some black beans, porks ribs, and a few pips
of garlic and salt to taste to make this wounderful soup.
To cut short cooking time, soak beans for an hour before used.
