Corn or maize oil has a high heating point although I find it
to be rather bland and with a slightly disagreeable smell. It
light yellow in color.
It is high in polyunsaturates and is therefore one of the healthier
oils. Due to health concern most cooking oil company claim to
have low cholesterol in their brands. As for me used less oil.
Used in stir-fry, deep-fry, steam, stew, braise and almost all
recipies call for oil.
Pour enough oil in a oil dispenser for daily used.
Store in a dry cool place, good until expire date.
