Beef Rib and Onions in Tomato Sauce.
A delicious beef ribs recipes, with the flavour of tomato sauce
and sweetness of the onion rings. Select your beef carefully,
any choice of organic beef, prime beef but best approved by

1 Onion, dice
2 Red tomatoes, remove skin, cut into small pieces.
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch mix with 3 tablespoons of water.
(A) 1tablespoon cooking wine or Dry Sherry
125ml Ketchup or home made tomato sauce
1.5 Liter water
(B) 1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Cut beef rib fingers into small pieces, quick blanch in boiling.
Remove and rinse to remove scum.
Heat oil in wok and stir-fry diced onion until
fragrant. Add beef rib fingers and seasoning (A) to onion. Mix
well until sizzle , add tomatoes.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 50 minutes or until all ingredients
are soft and tender. Than add seasoning (B) to taste.
Continue cooking until gravy is slightly dry,
thicken gravy with cornstarch mix. Remove and serve hot.
1. Beef rib fingers are half meat half tendon. It will not shrink
much after cooking. Tenderloin side meat, offer a different
texture, may be used.
2. When adding cornstarch thickening, just used enough. If gravy
