Serve this dish in a special occasion.
300g ,finely sliced beef
1 stalk, Of broccoli. cut into small florets
1 small piece press tofu
1 clove garlic chop
2 Slices fresh ginger, chopped
2 tsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sugar
I tbsp cognac
Parboil the broccoli and set aside. Cut the pressed tofu into
small cubes and fry them till crisp. These are to be used as
Marinate the beef with a little soy sauce and lots of pepper,
A little corn flour is added to tender the beef tender smooth.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and fry the chopped garlic and ginger
till fragrant, Add beef stir fry till slightly browned. Without
lowering heat, add cognac, followed by teriyaki sauce and sugar.
Add a little water to moisten the dish. Add the broccoli and
stir fry for a minute. Top with tofu croutons and serve.
