Braised Meat Balls In Tomatoes Recipes.

and delicious to eat.
2/3 Lbs. ground pork.
2 Red tomatoes
1 tablespoon cooking wine or Dry Sherry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water or 125ml water
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch water
Chop ground pork finely and add seasoning (1) mixed well, then
shape mixed into balls set aside.
Heat wok and add enough oil for deep fry. Add meat balls a a
few at a time, fry unntil golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, remove and
peel off skin. Then cut into slices, set aside. Cut scallion
into small section.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in wok, add
scallion stir fry until fragrant. Than add seasoning (2), meat
balls and and sliced tomatoes. Mix well, cooked until meat balls
absorbed flavour and liquid reduced. Add (3) to thicken the
liquid. Remove and serve.
