Canned Sardine In Tomato Sauce
Canned sardines are used in this dish. Can Sardine are widely
sold in Asia market in various sauce. Tomato can sardine are
the most common. Canned sardine have a strong fishy or tin smell,
my mother always recook and add other ingredients to make it
taste much better. You will be suprise with the new taste.
1 Canned Sardine in tomato sauce.
1 Large onion, peel and slice.
1 Large tomato, wedge
1 Teaspoon Chop garlic.
5 Tablespoon of tomato sauce.
3 Tablespoon of water
1/2 Lemon juice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Open canned sardine with a can opener. Heat 2 tablespoon of
oil in wok and fry sliced large onion and chop garlic till fragrant.
Pour in Canned sardine including sauce. Gently stir to mix (sardine
break easily) than add in tomato sauce and lemon juice, salt,
pepper, water and mixed well. Let it simmer for 3 to 5 min until

The lemon juice help to remove the fishy smell. using Ginger
to remove fishy smell is not a good choice for this dish.
